Frame and Suspension

Rear seat pan fabricated and tacked into place to allow the electrics to be fitted underneath seat unit and out of view.

Note that the starter solenoid is located just under where the rear of the tank will meet the seat unit.


Frame back from plastic coaters, black n shiny.


The tabs on the front are to locate the fibreglass cafe tank.

Any unnecessary bracketry has been removed, it's going to run K&N filters so the brackets for the standard airbox weren't required.


New rear shocks, not the most expensive out there but a decent old-school look to em and they do perform pretty well for the price, i've used these a couple of times before.
